Advertiser Membership and Perks

Advertisers must stake STCT in order to run advertisement campaigns. Advertisers that stake larger amounts of STCT tokens gain access to a tiered benefits structure. These perks include discounted advertising fees, priority ad placements, increased impression frequency, advanced features in the Merchant Ad Production Tool, and premium access to the AI-Powered Relevance Engine. Paying for campaigns using STCT may further reduce costs.

User Membership and Perks

Users holding qualifying amounts of STCT tokens unlock benefit tiers across Starlion’s partner network. These perks may include improved cashback offers from banks, special e-commerce discounts, or access to exclusive service tiers.

Staking for Tier Advancement

Both advertisers and users can stake STCT to qualify for higher-level benefits. This model aligns individual incentives with broader ecosystem health by encouraging commitment and participation.

Payments within the Platform

Advertisers must stake STCT in order to run campaigns. After which they may use STCT tokens to pay for campaigns, adding transactional utility to the token’s function.

Council Participation and Input

Starlight is committed to fostering community participation. While direct on-chain governance of core operational parameters by all token holders is not initially envisaged for platform agility, STCT holders will be provided with structured, formal channels (e.g., dedicated forums, proposal systems for discussion, regular feedback sessions) to provide input and suggestions to the Starlight Chain Council regarding the evolution of ecosystem features, membership benefits, and community initiatives. The Council will commit to publicly acknowledging and considering such feedback in its decision-making processes.
